|220 g||light pure spelt flour|
|2 tsp.||baking powder|
|0.5 tsp.||baking soda|
|muffin tray or cupcake molds|
Finely dice the onions and garlic, cut the zucchini into small cubes and whisk everything together with the milk and eggs.
Mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then stir into the milk and egg mixture.
Add the grated «Füürtüfel» cheese, reserving approx. 40g.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin or cupcake trays, decorate with the rest of the cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve hot from the oven.
Tip: Served as canapés, these perfectly complement a light white wine; or they can be teamed with a mixed salad and eaten as an evening meal.
