Tenderize the schnitzel until flattened and season with salt and pepper.
Pare the zucchini into fine strips using a peeler, slice the “Füürtüfel” cheese into very thin slices.
Top each schnitzel with approx. 40g of “Füürtüfel”, three strips of zucchini, and two or three basil leaves. Roll up, fix in place with wooden skewers, and fry in hot oil.
Tip: Goes perfectly with a crunchy, mixed-leaf salad.Back to overview
